Missions & Responsibilities:
- Support the purchasing department in the choice and approval of all new suppliers by carrying out audits
- Support the Central Purchasing Department in the development of quality purchasing procedures
- Manage recurring complaints and reminders in terms of quality and improvement of control procedures
- Conduct approval audits for all new suppliers likely to enter the Defta Procurement panel
- Follow action plans for at-risk suppliers and suppliers with a C and D rating
- Participate in meetings proposed by the purchasing department
- Lead improvement processes that aim to develop suppliers in order to achieve quality objectives
Skills & Educational Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Bac+5 Engineering School or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in supplier quality management in industry (automotive, mechanical, aeronautics)
- Skills:
- Strong practice and mastery of VDA 6.3 or FIEV 2.0
- Good knowledge of ISO and IATF standards
- Strong practice with quality troubleshooting tools (8D, 5W, PDAC, ISHIKAWA)
- Mandatory English language proficiency
- Results-oriented and strong communication skills
- Ability to impose your point of view on suppliers and the Defta Purchasing department.
